Helping organizations to thrive through leadership development, planning, fundraising and systems integration. Non-profit organizations are the backbone of our communities, tackling difficult issues and too often doing it on shoestring budgets. I have worked in non-profits of various sizes for 30 years, supporting their growth in programing, fundraising and overall organizational development. These organizations include large national organizations like the Unitarian Universalist Association, direct service organizations like the Poverello Center & Missoula Food Bank & Community Center, and small advocacy and education organizations like UU Mass Action and Empower Montana. I also have a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Certificate in Servant Leadership from Gonzaga University. My goal is to make sure these critical organizations can thrive while they achieve their missions. What I have that is special to offer your organization is the depth and breadth of my experience, along with the understanding that every organization is unique with its own set of strengths and challenges. Understanding programmatic, funder and financial data is critically important in the success of non-profits and other organizations. Having solid systems in place for each of these data sources individually is essential in meeting an organizations mission. However, in most organizations these data systems are often siloed into different departments. By taking a more integrated approach to your data systems you can better evaluate your program success, tell the story of your programs to funders, and increase organizational revenue. Here are the services I provide to make all of your data systems more effective: • Donor Database Optimization • Organizational Logic Model Development • Budget & Finance Dashboard Development • Full Donor, Program & Finance Integration • Outsourced Chief Finance Officer (CFO) / Finance Director Services
